Simone Bleibach Alpiger

Simone Bleibach Alpiger is a food scientist, patent holder and co-founder of NOLA Protein Ingredients, where she leads innovative solutions in plant-based protein technologies. With a Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology, her research focuses on sustainable plant protein extraction, particularly from oilseeds.
